Behaviour named a best workplace for trust in our executive team

Behaviour’s success hinges on our employees’ confidence in our Executive Team and that trust was made clear in a recent independent employee survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute.

The findings earned Behaviour a place on the Institute’s new list of Best Workplaces with Most Trusted Executive Teams, which recognizes Executive Teams that have excelled in their management abilities.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work-certified in the past year and score exceptionally high on survey statements related to leadership effectiveness and confidence in their Executive Teams.
