Behaviour named one of Canada's 10 best workplaces for 2024

Behaviour is thrilled to be recognized among Canada’s top 10 Best Workplaces by the Great Place to Work Institute, a global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.

Unveiled April 23, the Institute’s 2024 list ranked Behaviour 8th out of Canada’s 50 Best Workplaces with 1,000 or more employees,. More than 900 companies vied for a coveted spot on this list.

“Being named among Canada's 10 Best Workplaces is a huge honour that reflects a concerted team effort to build a truly world-class work environment here at Behaviour,” said Rémi Racine, CEO and Co-Founder of Behaviour Interactive. “Collaboration and teamwork are essential in our line of work and are core values that guide and drive us to be the best workplace we can be together.”

Behaviour’s selection highlights our dedication to continuously improving our workplace and building on our cornerstone commitments to work-life balance and the well-being of our team. A generous allotment of paid time off, a permanent option to work from home / the office / or a combination of the two, and a culture that encourages creativity, excellence and compassion, are just a few of the ways we strive to provide working conditions that go above and beyond.

The 2024 Best Workplaces in Canada list is the result of an employee-driven competition process, with 75 per cent of each organization’s score based on confidential employee feedback to the Great Place to Work Institute’s Trust Index Survey, which considers five trust-building dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. The remaining 25 per cent is based on the quality, quantity and effectiveness of the programs and policies that support an organization’s employees and corporate culture.
